ReinstallWindows provides remote technical support services for Windows-based computers, including but not limited to: Windows reinstallation, Office installation, malware removal, PC optimization, driver updates, and software activation.

3. Service Agreement

  • All services begin with a free PC analysis
  • Payment is required before work commences (after analysis)
  • Services are performed remotely via secure remote access tools
  • You must have legal ownership or authorization to modify the PC

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your PC and technical issues
  • Backup important data before service (we also perform backups)
  • Maintain a stable internet connection during remote sessions
  • Not use our services for illegal purposes

5. Payment Terms

  • Prices are as listed on our website
  • Payment is processed securely through PayPal
  • Prices include the service but not software licenses (unless specified)
  • All sales are final after service completion, subject to our Refund Policy

6. Service Guarantee

We provide a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If the issue we fixed recurs within 7 days due to our service, we'll fix it again at no charge. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

7. Limitations of Liability

ReinstallWindows shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss due to hardware failure
  • Pre-existing hardware defects
  • Issues caused by user actions after service
  • Third-party software or services
