At ReinstallWindows, we stand behind the quality of our work. We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all services.

Eligible for Refund

You may request a full refund within 7 days of service completion if:

  • The problem we claimed to fix persists or returns
  • Our service caused new issues with your PC
  • The service was not performed as described
  • You are not satisfied with the quality of our work

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • New issues caused by user actions after service completion
  • Hardware failures (physical component defects)
  • New malware infections from unsafe browsing after service
  • Software licenses purchased separately
  • Services older than 7 days
  • Refusal to follow our technician's recommendations

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us within 7 days of service completion
  2. Explain the issue you're experiencing
  3. Allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue at no additional charge
  4. If we cannot resolve the issue, we'll process your refund

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal)
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

Free Re-service Option

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to let us attempt to fix the issue again at no charge. Many issues can be resolved quickly through additional support.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered in cases where:

  • Only part of the service was unsatisfactory
  • Some features work but others don't
  • An agreed-upon compromise is reached
